ON-GOING CLEANING
Thorough cleaning of bathroom and kitchen (Sinks, toilet, shower, bath, outside of all appliances, wiping exterior cupboards, mirrors, exterior and interior of microwave)
Complete vacuuming of every room
Washing all non-carpeted floors
Door and patio door windows
Dusting of all surfaces and fixtures
Emptying trash and recycling bins
Bed making (If sheets need to be changed, please leave new sheets on bed)

Dishes: Please do dishes prior to our visit.
Overly cluttered spaces: In order to ensure quality work, we ask customers to free up cluttered surfaces such as countertops and floors. Otherwise, the worker will not be required to clean these areas.
Washer & Dryer: The interior and exterior of the washer and dryer are not included in our cleanings.

Unsanitary conditions: Our professionals do not clean up feces, urine or any other unsanitary material. The cleaner reserves the right to refuse to offer a service after the inspection of the premises if conditions are unsanitary . Since the client accepts these conditions upon booking, travel expenses may be charged if the situation occurs.
Out of reach places: For safety reasons, cleaners have equipment that allows them to clean at heights without having to use a stepladder or ladder. However, it is possible that some areas may still be out of reach and the professionals have the right to refuse to clean that specific area if he or she feels it could endanger them.
